Would you mind if I tried this sometime?<br />Jean Lurssenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01624620130303451599noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5124353447928298492.post-44841310413422304182014-08-09T14:15:21.329-07:002014-08-09T14:15:21.329-07:00Jean....sometimes I don't remember exactly wha...Jean....sometimes I don't remember exactly what I did to a piece.....I'm assuming you're referring to the darker trees in the center of the paper...This was done by spattering Windsor Newton Davies Grey....There might have been some varying degrees of dampness to the paper, but I think the paper was probably in a drier state....I pretty much always use the davies grey in this method as it gives the appearance of lichen or a coarseness to trees. The blue in the tops of the trees were the result of some of my cobalt blue overflow that mixed with other colors on my painting tray.....one of those accidental things that happens...and I liked it...
